There are SIX modules in The Don’t Diet, each broken down into 6-8 video lessons. Each week you will receive access to a new lesson along with supportive worksheets and journal prompts to help guide you along.
We will have a weekly call during the first six weeks to review and practice the materials learned. After that, you will have access to all of the materials and monthly support calls for the year.
Each module is under an hour. As for the worksheets and the at-home practice, that is up to you! I encourage everyone to focus on the areas that resonate with them the most.
