Yes! We will have a LIVE call every month. Come with ALL of your thoughts and questions, and I will coach you, answer your questions, and help support you each step of the way.
My favorite part of offering this course is the amazing group of like-minded people that I get to connect with and chat with.
No problem! You can submit questions beforehand, so I can address them on the call. All calls will be recorded, so you can watch the replays if you can’t make it live.
There are SIX modules in The Don’t Diet, each broken down into 6-8 video lessons.. You will have access to all of the materials on Day 1 of the course, so you can work through them as quickly or slowly as you would like.
Personally, I like to ingest all the materials and then go back through them slowly to practice and apply them (but everyone has their own learning style). You will also receive worksheets and journal prompts for all the modules to help guide you through the tools and practices.
Each module is under an hour. As for the worksheets and the at-home practice, that is up to you! I encourage everyone to focus on the areas that resonate with them the most.
You will have access to the materials for one full year, including the 12-LIVE, recorded group calls with me and other members of TDD.
Anyone who is interested in learning a kinder, more gentle approach to weight loss will benefit from this program. If you are want to uncover limiting beliefs and thought patterns that keep you stuck while also leaning tools that can help to move you forward, this program is for you.

LOL. There is a bonus section on exercise, but I always encourage my clients to separate their exercise goals from their weight loss goals.
